Removing a mud/plaster floor slowed our progress as bit. But the sifting of the soil led to the recovery of two small coins, that may help of date the layer. I still think that the southern western section of the North Building is a later intrusion. I am waiting on the official reading of the pottery to confirm.
Other parts of the team were following the west wall to the north.

And still others have revealed more of a water tank in the garden area.
